Yes, we issue a sales document for each order, which is sent exclusively electronically to your email address provided during the order. We issue the sales document for an individual as well as for a company.

We send the proof of purchase by e-mail. In order to protect the environment, we do not attach a paper invoice for purchases. However, if you have not received an email with the attached document, please contact us. We will send the proof of purchase again.

I found a different product in the package I received than the one I ordered. Although it happens rarely, in the case of a large number of orders, the warehouse may make a mistake and send a product that does not match the order. If the courier did not find you at home, they will make at least one more attempt to deliver the parcel. However, you must remember that the courier is not obliged to contact you. In the event of failure, the parcel is sent to the local courier company warehouse, from where you can collect it yourself. After the specified time has passed, the parcel is returned to us.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of personal collection. We run an online store only with mail order sales.
