I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The controller of personal data is Profile VOX spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Czerwonak (62-004), at 143 Gdyńska Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000210637, NIP: 7772776017, REGON: 634591881 (hereinafter referred to “Profile VOX” or “Controller”)
  2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in all matters related to data protection by sending a message to the iod@vox.pl address or in writing to the postal address of the Controller indicated in the point above.
  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The data collected by Controller are:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
  • factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
  • stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

II. Scope of collected data

Personal data is necessary for the provision of services at the highest level and their development, therefore Profile VOX makes every effort to properly secure it, including processing it only on the basis of appropriate legal grounds. The scope of the collected data is necessary to achieve the purpose and includes the name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and, if applicable, other data that the person voluntarily provides in a message addressed to the Administrator.

In addition, in order to adapt and develop the functionality of the website, including its structure and content, to the individual needs of Users and to maintain the security and quality of the services provided by the website, technology is used that collects and processes data stored in cookies, including the IP address (details are described in the Cookie Policy).

III. Purposes and legal bases of data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. communicate with the User and respond to messages sent via the form available on the website – based on the controller’s legitimate interest in building and developing relationships with customers (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  2. conducting promotional activities – on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  3. pursuing or securing claims, which is a legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

IV. Period of personal data processing

  1. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, and after this period for the time necessary to comply with the law or to pursue or defend against possible claims.

V. Information about processing

  1. Depending on the purpose of the processing, personal data may be disclosed:
  • trusted entities belonging to the VOX capital group,
  • representatives of furniture stores cooperating with Profile VOX, operating under this brand,
  • subcontractors, in particular entities providing and servicing selected IT systems and solutions (including hosting, developing and maintaining IT systems and websites) and supporting in the implementation of warranties, complaints and product repairs,
  • entities providing accounting and tax services,
  • courier and postal service providers,
  • debt collection entities and law firms.
  1. Personal data processed by Profile VOX may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), i.e. to India in the scope of support for the SAP system used to plan enterprise resources in the field of sales data – on the basis of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission in accordance with the verification procedure.
  2. Regardless of the purpose of processing, providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide it may prevent you from using selected services within the website and its functionalities or receiving marketing content.
  3. In the process of processing personal data, there is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

VI. Rights of data subjects

  1. Each User whose personal data is processed by Profile VOX has the right to:
  • access to the content of their personal data,
  • rectification of data,
  • erasure of data,
  • restriction of data processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on that consent before its withdrawal.

2. The user of the vox.pl website also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if he considers that the processing violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

VIII. Final provisions

  1. All matters related to the protection of personal data may be consulted by the User with the Data Protection Officer – contact at the e-mail address: iod@vox.pl.
  2. The Privacy Policy is subject to change due to:
  • obligation to make changes,
  • amendments to the law,
  • changes in the functionality of the website, the scope of data collected, the purpose or changes in other factors that will affect the processing of the User’s personal data.
